We don’t charge candidates at any stage (no sign-up fees, no application fees, no hidden costs). You can browse opportunities and apply without paying anything. Job posting is a paid feature for companies: employers simply choose the plan that fits their hiring needs and publish their listings.
Do I need an account to apply for a job?
Yes, you'll need to create a candidate account to apply.
We want applications to be complete and reliable for both candidates and employers. That's why we ask you to sign up first and fill in your details fully before you can submit an application. Once your profile is set up, applying becomes much faster—no need to re-enter the same information every time.
What information do I need to apply?
You'll need to complete your profile before applying.
To submit an application, please make sure your candidate profile is filled out completely—this typically includes your full name, email address, contact number, and any other required profile fields. Adding a short introduction about yourself and uploading your resume is strongly recommended, because it helps employers understand your background quickly and evaluate your application more accurately. A complete profile also increases your chances of getting a response.
Can I apply without uploading a resume (CV)?
Yes, you can but a CV usually helps you stand out.
Some candidates prefer to apply first and share documents later. That's totally fine. Still, adding a resume can make it much easier for employers to review your background quickly. If you don't have a CV ready, try writing a clear "Description" with your key skills, education, and the type of role you want.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
No worries it happens.
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot Password" and follow the steps. You'll be able to reset your password through your email. If you don't see the email right away, check your spam/junk folder too.
How do companies post a job?
It's simple: create a company account, pick a plan, and post your listing.
Employers can register/sign in as a company, select the plan that matches their hiring goals, and then publish the job post from the employer panel. You can add details like the role description, requirements, location/remote status, and anything candidates should know before applying.
What employer plans are available, and how do I choose?
We offer multiple plans so you can match the platform to your hiring needs.
If you're testing the waters, a basic plan may be enough. If you want more visibility (like featured placement) or more tools to speed up hiring, a higher-tier plan can be a better fit. The pricing page explains what each plan includes so you can choose based on how many roles you're hiring for and how quickly you want to fill them.
Do you offer any promotions for new companies?
Yes, there's a limited free subscription offer for early companies.
If you're one of the first companies to join, you may be eligible for a free subscription offer (with no credit card required). Since this is limited, it may not always be available—so it's best to check the pricing page or sign up early to see what's currently active.
How long can I use the 3 job postings included in the Professional plan?
Your Professional plan stays active for 3 months from the day you purchase it.
Within those 3 months, you can publish up to 3 different job listings whenever it works best for you—either all at once or spread out across the plan period. It's a flexible setup, so you can time your postings around your hiring needs. Once the 3-month validity ends, any unused postings expire along with the plan.
How do the “5 pre-screened candidate profiles per job posting” and the “English proficiency test for up to 5 selected candidates per job posting” work?
Your Professional plan stays active for 3 months from the day you purchase it.
With the Professional plan, each job posting comes with a hands-on screening service from our expert HR team. Here’s how it works:
We shortlist the top 5 candidates for your job post After applications come in, our HR team reviews the pool and selects the best 5 candidate profiles based on your role requirements.
We interview those 5 candidates in EnglishWe then conduct an English interview/proficiency assessment with each shortlisted candidate (up to 5).
You receive a clear report. We summarize the outcomes and share the results with you in a structured report, so you can make faster and more confident hiring decisions.
Prefer to choose the candidates yourself? That works too. Anytime during the job posting period, you can send us the 5 candidates you’d like us to assess , and we’ll run the English interviews and report the results the same way.
